The challenge
The Financial Services Council is the peak body for Australia's financial services industry, representing superannuation funds, funds managers and life insurers. Its ageing bespoke website could no longer keep up with a growing membership, a demanding events calendar and the governance its members expect. The FSC needed an enterprise-grade platform it could rely on for the long term, not another rebuild in two years.
What we did
We led the full digital transformation. In 2016 we migrated the FSC off its bespoke site and onto a governed Microsoft enterprise stack: Azure hosting, Dynamics 365 for CRM, an AdxStudio (now Power Apps) member portal, and ClickDimensions for marketing automation. We delivered the brand and website, the membership and events experience, and the content and marketing engine as one connected program, then stayed on as the FSC's retained hosting, technical, marketing and content partner.
